In Acts 16:6 Paul and his companions were “FORBIDDEN BY THE HOLY SPIRIT” to preach in Asia. In other words, there was no confirmation in their hearts to preach there at that particular time.
With the inner witness of The Spirit in your heart, you can make wise decisions under the guidance of the Lord Himself.
Following the Spirit’s disapproval is just as important as following His leading to go ahead. The witness in your heart is either for or against something. You either have peace about your decisions or you don’t. And if you don’t have peace – DON’T MOVE – DON’T DO IT.
When you try to force things that you have no peace about, you are ignoring the Lord’s leading. Saints – follow peace and you won’t go wrong.
