🌴 We’re Hiring: HR Administrator 🌴Taumeasina Island Resort is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Administrator to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone passionate about human resources and eager to grow within the HR field. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee support, HR record management, and payroll preparation—all while supporting our vibrant resort community.
What we’re looking for:
– Tertiary certificate in Business Administration, Management, or relevant training
– 3+ years HR/administrative experience in the hospitality industry
– Strong knowledge of Samoa Labour Laws and HR practices, immigration processes, and cultural practices
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
– Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to multitask efficiently
